While it's accurate the clients deposit was returned in full, the experience with Visiting Angels was unsatisfactory overall. Poor responses and having to resort to filing a small claims court claim to receive our deposit was the coup de grace. I would not recommend this business for others. However, no other action by Revdex.com will be necessary.

Review: My family's experience with hiring Visiting Angels of Tustin, CA for in home care services for my elderly mother has been terrible. They advertise indicating top notch service and customer friendly care givers that are professional, reliable and knowledgable. Our experience with them was nothing of the sort. Their branch manager, a Mr. [redacted] came to our interview regarding their services, scope of work and responsibilities fulfilling the in home care (non medical) for my Mom. Mr. [redacted] said all the right things and promised the service would be professional and consistent. We hired them after paying a service deposit for $615.00 and for a few weeks things were fine and Mom was happy. Then the care giver called in sick and then quit or went on hiatus and a succession of different care givers were brought in just to fill in the gap. Following this, another 'permanent' care giver was assigned that didn't get along with my mom and caused some drama. [redacted] assigned yet another care giver who was working out fine, then suddenly called in sick according to [redacted]. After a few days we hadn't received any word from [redacted] at Visiting Angels even after I sent emails and left voice mails. We were so disappointed with the lack of any response from [redacted] that Mom gave me the word to fire them which I did via email and voice mail. Following this, NO REPLY OR RESPONSE FROM VISITING ANGELS HAS BEEN MADE. All invoices had been paid promptly and they have not returned the $615.00 deposit despite my contacting [redacted] again specifically requesting it be returned. As of today, 3/20/14, I have received NO REPLY OR RESPONSE from Visiting Angels or [redacted]. I rate them a big fat 'F' for lack of professionalism, communication and not fulfilling their stated service ethics. I would not recommend this company for in home care services and do not find them honest or reliable.Desired Settlement: Prompt refund of $615.00 service deposit ASAP
