I purchased an item to have installed in a guitar which was sent to my guitar techThe wrong part was sent by the Guitar Parts Factory and installed in my guitar
The cost of the installation ($200) and then the fix to install the correct part are now outstandingThis issue would have been avoided if Guitar Parts Factory had sent the correct part
I called Guitar Parts Factory for a resolution and they called me a prank call and denied any wrongdoing
