we still have phone call into customer to call us back to talk with her about her complaint, will contact again once she responds

By far the worst experience Was told to demo a vehicle and during the process had my car towed to Denver (hours away) and proceeded to tell me they could not retrieve my car till two more business days When I finally got my car back, they attempted to sell it and stole my belongings in the vehicle

I do apologize for what happened and will be looking into your experience.  There is no excuses and know that their is a over whelming amount of calls coming in about recalls.  The government has changed the rule on recalls and are supposed to notify customers of the recall before we even...

get the parts.  We have pages of customers waiting to get recalls performed and do have list of customers info if we are notified that we are having incoming parts.  I will personally look into our process we have for recalls and look into how we can better that.  Please stop by the next time your in and ask for [redacted] and hopefully we can start a new relationship.  Sincerely [redacted]

email list that would be great.  [redacted]

As for this customer the payoff ended up being much higher then was told to us.  We did help the customer out by paying some of the difference of the pay off amount.

Thank You

I am rejecting this response because:
Dealership never stated that purchasing the car was no longer an option (as stated in their response to my Revdex.com complaint), they stated I could wait for the car or look into other options. They lied about the arrival date and failed to respond to my inquiries as to where my car was after the arrival date had passed. A week after my car was supposed to arrive, someone finally called me back and stated my car was going to take another 5 weeks to arrive. During the week that my new car was supposed to arrive, I had sold my old car and was now without a car. For over a month, I was left without a car of my own due to the fact that they did not deliver the product on-time and did not effectively communicate to let me know that it would not be delivered on time. I was quoted at the time I put down my deposit that it would take 6-8 weeks for the new car to arrive. It ended up being 14 weeks for its expected arrival and I was not informed of this delay until the 9th week.
If someone had called me to tell me that my car was not there, I would not have sold my old car the week my new one was supposed to arrive. They offered me a loaner car in the meantime but never mentioned anything about paying for it, they stated it was a loaner which are courtesy cars.
During the time I had the loaner, the company continuously stated that I could back out of my deal with them and receive my deposit back but never stated that the loaner car would then need to be paid for if I decided to cancel my purchase agreement. AFTER I decided to cancel my purchase agreement, they told me that I would have to pay for the loaner, with no prior warning. I expressed my disappointment about this and the General Manager replied via email with, "you just don't get to drive around a car for free". If I had known that cancelling my purchase agreement would mean that I would have to pay for use of the loaner car, I would not have accepted the offer for the use of a loaner car. I was never informed that this would be the case.
I have all email correspondence from the date that I placed the deposit, saved for proof and documentation.

Thanks
Samantha

The customer's car took longer to build than normal from the manufacture and there was a hold up with [redacted] on parts, I told her she could not purchase the car and we would refund her money or we could give her a loaner car to wait for the incoming unit, she agreed to the loaner car...

then went and purchased a car from another dealership.  Unfortunitly the loaner car was given to the customer with the intent to purchase the new car from us, since she did not buy the car from us then the loaner car is her responsibility.  We did however rembersure her the non-refundable deposit of $1,000 that we agreed apon.
