The customer is surely upset but the fact is our policy is only to accept a return for days This is our published policy and is completely in accord with Amazon's allowable policy The customer is mistaken about the return period The return period they are thinking of is for Amazon.com purchases and those shipped via FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) As a matter of fact, they opened a case with Amazon and Amazon awarded us as the the winner in the case because we followed our state policy Had we been in violation of ANY Amazon policy, Amazon would have simply taken the money from us and refunded the customer upon decision of the case, but the fact that they did not is clear indicator that we didn't violate any policy We're very sorry about the inconvenience of this matter, but we are just too small of a business to offer long return times like many big box retailers We offer the best prices on Amazon and that is what we aim to consistently provide, not necessarily the ultimate in return policies Brandon [redacted] ZigSnag, [email protected] Office: 317-210-Ext

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The statements made by Zigsnag are not accurate. Since it was a purchase made during Christmas season, the amazon website stated that returns were acceptable through December 31st. Second, per the return policy on Zigsnag's website they will only charge a 10% restocking fee for items over $100, not 50% of the value. The return policy accessible via the amazon website does not limit the time period to days. Perhaps this is an internal policy by the company, but it is not communicated clearly anywhere
