For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The statements made by Zigsnag are not accurate. Since it was a purchase made during Christmas season, the amazon website stated that returns were acceptable through December 31st. Second, per the return policy on Zigsnag's website they will only charge a 10% restocking fee for items over $100, not 50% of the value. The return policy accessible via the amazon website does not limit the time period to days. Perhaps this is an internal policy by the company, but it is not communicated clearly anywhere
