I purchased the D10DX depth finder with transom mounted transducerThe instructions were not clear on the best place to mount the transducer on my 18' SeaDoo Jet boat so I called tech supportTheir answering system does not allow you to stay on hold until someone answers but rather asks you to leave a message and they "will return your call within an hour"I placed phone calls and placed one online service ticketIt has been hours and I have not had a return call or email! Sure hope this thing works because support is non-existent! I would NOT buy from this company ever again!

I would NOT recommend buying anything from NorCross Marine! Stay clear! Nothing but problems, hidden restocking fees, and no credit when I returned the unused cooler.
I also wonder if they leaked my credit card number as I had unauthorized charges out of Florida shortly after my purchase and had to replace it.
