I am rejecting this response because:It was decided by the management of Vista Del Rey (Margie) she would complete paper work on 4/6/and submit it to management company DMCI Dobler management company for my return of my deposit. On 4/13/I still had not received a refundOn 4/13/when I contacted the actual management company DMCI who issues refunds , I was told they would have to make sure everything cleared and my check would not be cut until May 19,2017. There was nothing to be cleared, I paid by debit card and they are the ones that denied my application by 4/6/17. So as of todays date I have not refund. *** ***

conversations with Ms *** it was decided that she would like to request her $hold fee be returnedThat was on April 7, (a Friday)On April 10th that paperwork was received in the corporate office for processingMs *** was informed that the refund would be in the form of a check, as per company policy, sent out by the corporate office and could take up to daysOn April 17, I received paperwork from the management company stating her check for $had been cut and was mailed out.
