This dispute was taken up with [redacted] back in August, and has been denied by Vista Higher Learning three times. The [redacted] [redacted] dispute is closed. I would like for Vista Higher Learning to refund me $92.01 for an item that was never delivered.

I ask weeks ago to do exactly this via a phone call made prior to the second purchase and I was told definitely that no exchange was possible. They are only now offering it weeks after the second purchase while saying again that no refund is possible. It is the common theme with this company to put students in a position where they cannot wait for their very poor customer service response and then they use their own incompetence regarding the inquiries to put the student in double jeopardy. This is exactly what has continued for years and for many thousands of students. The universities that use this service must be made aware of this service, their policies and their total lack of concern for the students that they serve indirectly.
