Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I ask weeks ago to do exactly this via a phone call made prior to the second purchase and I was told definitely that no exchange was possibleThey are only now offering it weeks after the second purchase while saying again that no refund is possibleIt is the common theme with this company to put students in a position where they cannot wait for their very poor customer service response and then they use their own incompetence regarding the inquiries to put the student in double jeopardyThis is exactly what has continued for years and for many thousands of studentsThe universities that use this service must be made aware of this service, their policies and their total lack of concern for the students that they serve indirectly Regards, [redacted]
