Dispute Resolution Team, We originally sold the car and his mother [redacted] was the co buyerShe stated her income, and of the monthly incomewas from rental investmentsUnfortunately [redacted] could not Prove her income from her rental InvestmentsAlso which was a stipulation of the banks approval for the loanAs for [redacted] the other co applicant, we made numerous calls to explain the situation and per our contract if financing was un-obtained by the selling dealer ( Lone Star Ford ) the vehicle would be returnedIt took several week to get our Vehicle backUnfortunately, we were unable to get the loan approved with another lenderAs per our contract, if we are unable to obtain financing the vehicle would be returned and mileage charges and daily rental fees would be paid by the customerWe waived all the fees and mileage charges for The [redacted] we did not charge them anythingThe car was returned several weeks after we requested it to be returned Kip H***

We sold this [redacted] on 2/6/to a [redacted] for cash As Is they paid $plus tac for a drive out of $We serviced the [redacted] and it passed state inspection that I am attaching we Have a cost of $and lost -to sell them the [redacted] They did not wish to buy a warranty and took the risk of all repairsWe were upfront about the [redacted] is As Is I am attaching copies

I contacted the Mr [redacted] Saturday morning at 8:amI arranged to meet with him to inspect his vehicle and address all concernsLone Star Ford will be providing a loaner car for Mr [redacted] at no expense to himWe will as his concerns with his vehicle and will take appropriate action where needed and inform you of the outcomeAs always it is our intention to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industryIf a problem does arise we will always respond swiftly to the needs of our customerWe appreciate this opportunity to correct any perception of poor service by our company.Respectfully,Karl B***Collision Center ManagerLone Star Ford

We have contacted the customer and he has refused to bring the vehicle backWe just found out late last week that he has changed his mindWe will contact him to make an appointment

We repaired collision damage to
the right front of this vehicleWhile we had it the tech noticed the brake
lights staying onI instructed ** to go ahead and put a brake light switch in
it at no charge to the customer or the insurance companyWhile the tech was
installing the switch he
disconnected a ground wire to the alarmHe
reconnected the wire and checked all of his repair** called the customer
Friday to let him know his vehicle was readyHe called me Saturday and told me
that we had sabotaged his vehicle and now the ignition lock was broken and the
battery was badI expressed to him that if he felt that way it would be best
if he took it to the *** dealer and had his concerns addressedIf there was
anything that we had caused or improperly repaired I would gladly pay the
*** dealer to correctApparently they found nothingHe called me from the
dealership and they told him that his battery needed to be chargedIt was a
little lowWe would be gladly to help in anyway if we did something wrong and we expressed this to ***Thanks for your consideration

We sold this 2006 [redacted] on 2/6/2016 to a [redacted] for cash As Is they paid $8495.00 plus tac for a drive out of $9553.00. We serviced the [redacted] and it passed state inspection that I am attaching we Have a cost of $9367.40 and lost -872.00 to sell them the [redacted]....

They did not wish to buy a warranty and took the risk of all repairs. We were upfront about the [redacted] is As Is I am attaching copies
