The business representative responding is EITHER completely unaware of the details of the incident, OR NOT being truthful, by saying that the payment was received without an account numberThis is evident by the copy of the front/back of my check# *** dated 5/31/shown on page 4/of my original complaintThe front of the check distinctly & clearly shows the account number, and the back of the check shows it being cleared on 6/5/by the businessI had also sent out multiple communications to the Business, which were NOT responded to
Sending me repeated billing letters with threats of reporting to collection agency in-spite of already depositing my check, and not responding to my written communications requesting to check their records since the payment had been made, shows the disorganization and insensitivity of the business
So one day, just not sending me any more bill is NOT a resolution, as I expect a written letter of apology with any corrective actions that they have institutionalized on their end to prevent such incidents from happening again for any patients

The patient made a payment which we received and the check was manuallu posted to an account with a slightly different account numberIt was until his Revdex.com complaint that we transferred this money to his account - which has a $balance todayAll I can find was the payment transfer, which is an internal document that doesn't have the account number on itWhen he rebutted, I pulled the original payment including the account number, and this was a keying error - someone entered this in incorrectlyWe moved this payment where it was supposed to goAs far as how to prevent it from happening, this was simply human errorHis balance has been $since early September
