After being treated really badly by their service department, I would never buy a car from VistaOn Christmas eve, I had a blowout on the expressway and had my Xtowed to Vista, I caught the service advisor minutes before closing with no one else in line and they he still wouldn't help me! I'm a long time BMW owner and was really in trouble, I live miles away and had no way to get home, rentals were all closed for Christmas and they wouldn't give me a loanerwhat a shame, I've owned BMW's for 20+ years and was ready to buy a new Xat Vista but can't buy a car from people who won't help and don't care about their customersThe service adviser who was working that night was almost giddy about turning me away like it was sort of fun for him to deny me a loanerWhich I didn't really understand because they had given me loaners in the past while my car was there for extended repairsI literally had no car, no way to get home and as a single dad on Christmas eve just didn't get how they could screw someone that wayA little good will goes a long way but there was no good will here at all, I was really left out in the cold by these guysI'm still ready to buy a new car but wouldn't recommend going to Vista they really don't care about their customers

They went the extra mile to ensure I got the best possible loan. They have the best selection of new and used cars and stand behind the vehicles they sell. I could not have imagined a more pleasant sales experience. They were very helpful, friendly and caring. They gave me everything I requested and more. I highly recommend this dealership above all others in South Florida. I am 53 years old and have had experienced many car buying experiences. My experience with Vista BMW was THE BEST EVER.

I had just about the worst experience with vista bmw. Not pleased at all. I took my car to vista bmw in coconut creek because I was hearing a funny sound from the front of my car, left it with them for a couple of days only for them to call me and tell me its a common characteristic with my brakes. I took it back to them two repeated times with them telling me the same thing that there was nothing wrong with the car even drove with a shop forman and him telling me something is definately wrong an then being called back saying nothings wrong. Now the fourth time I took it there and told Sheri holtz my service advisor that someting is definately wrong and I would like for them to check again. She went to the service manager [redacted] and told him that I was here a forth time and I over heard him saying to her that I dont know why he is here we have nothing for him. I then left and called him to express how I felt and to tell him that I spoke to bmw of NA and they reccommended me having a tse look at the car an he said no need for that an that he told the tse whats going on an the tse said its normal even though he hasnt seen the car then was extremely rude telling me that there was nothing he can do and that I am holding him up from a meeting. A few days later I took it to vista bmw of pompano and withing two days the service advisor [redacted] stewart contacted me telling me that both my front brake pad metal back plates were completely shattered. I told him that I took it to vista creek an they said nothing was wrong and he said the minute they pulled off the wheel they saw it. The next day bmw of NA called and said there is an appointment for a tse to look at your car at vista creek the next morning, I told them that I wasnt aware. The next morning Sheri holtz called an apologized that her and [redacted] just saw the appointment and forgot to call me so I told her my car was at pompano and she said ok she will call me back. I called [redacted] the service manager and said no one told me about the appointment and he said he was the one who made the appointment and that he thought my car was already there, I said [redacted] sheri just told me you both didnt know anything about it and he yelled at me on the phone and said look I dont have time for this. I then said this is serious because if I had taken everybodys word the three times I came there it would have put my 1 year old daughters life in danger. He then yelled and said im not making any sense and that hes not going to sit and debate because im talking rubbish then hung up. The following day [redacted] stewart at pompano called me saying he ordered both pads and then said that there was a hold up because bmw is investigating the situation. As time went by he called back after having the car for two weeks saying that bmw will only cover 50% which I didnt think was fare because of all the trouble ive been through back and forth was already exhausting I then called Micheal parrolt saying if bmw is going to cover half the dealership should cover the other half since I have been through so much and lost trust and faith. He said they are not going to do that and there is nothing he can do and thats it. I called the service advisor back and he said my bill is $560 and thats the final number I then said ok go ahead and do it im going to call Mr parolt again but worst case I will pay the $560 even though I didnt think it was right. I called Mr Parolt and told him who I was and he gave me an attitude and said he said what he had to say and that hes expecting a conference call and that im holding him up and hung up. Then I called the service adivisor and made sure of the amount and we made a scheduled appointment for the next day for me to pick up the car. As I was five minutes away from the dealership driving the service advisor calls and leaves a voicemail saying dont come and that he doesnt know whats going on because he is now seeing a bill for $950 and that he knew he told me different and that he is going to fix it. I again called Mr [redacted] and told him I was in the car on my lunch break and that I was told one figure and now its someting far off, he said hes going to look into it an he will call me back. I sat there for 25 minutes no call back I then went inside the dealership and the service advisor said that the labor was calculated wrong and that he knows he told me one thing and now another and that I should leave and he will take care of it. He called later that evening saying that he spoke to Mr [redacted] and that they got it down to $750. I told him that if I knew it was going to be that price I wouldnt have told you to go ahead with the job we aggreed on $560 and thats why I said to go on with the job. This has been the longest and roughest experience I have ever had as a customer I have been a loyal customer for 9years bought two cars 1-335i 2-550i and also a warranty for my previous m3. I lost trust this was the worst customer service
