BI bought a [redacted] on 3/16/15.I paid 6,$ for it.Asking price 7,000$.I went to get it inspected at the time the milage was 92,when I bought it.There was no oil in it at all so I had oil put in it.It needed new windshield wipers and a tire.So it failed inspection the first time Brought it back to the dealership and they replaced windshield wipers and tire Brought it back to the station and then it passed inspectionI had my mechanic look at it cuz engine light came on March 30,after I had a oil change.The car was shaking so the mechanic said had to do with the piston & .Needs a tune up or cracked coils.He hooked it up to a machine and showed me.So I brought it back to dealer explained what mechanic told me k.we will fix it so same day left it there.Told them I need car next day so call me when finishedDropped me at home but never called that nightI did several times.Next day on the 31st of March called again didn't pick up the phone so I took a Taxi there.Why didn't u call me the phone is always busy....I need the receipt to prove you did the work .Just stared at me.Brought the car back to my mechanic [redacted] in Bridgewater he hooked it up to the machine because the engine light came on again.He said they never fixed it to begin with still & are misfiring and more.If anything just cleared made look like they worked on it.On April 6, back to Vista explained they never fixed it went back to my mechanic.Decietful A.Bring it in on the 9th of April and we will find out the problemLast time I had it there [redacted] their mechanic checked it out on the 6th.He says oh yeah needs tune up..spark plugs..maybe cracked coils .So I went to drive it there on the 9th and the engine light came on again as always cars shuddering.Wouldn t go over miles and then she stopped in the middle of the road.I called them to let them know [redacted] and ***.I had to call my car insurance company to have my car towed there to the lot.Its now been days it's been there.I call everyday to see what they have found w***g with it.I am lucky if I get a call back.On of April needs tune up spark plugs,electric coils on the 13th,headgaskets told me on the 11.Then the sensor 14th,15th was the catilac.converter melted oil seals seeped,that was Thursday told me that cuz I called Wednesday didn't pic up.All week I had been talking to ***..then all of a sudden to the mechanic on the 15th.....up till the 16th.Hes telling me converter melted in cost get a new one illegal get from junkyard.I said on the contract it says I pay 100.00$ u pay rest.He says when got the car inspected the check engine light wasn't on so it's my fault? No I said the car is still under warranty and the lemon law.I suggested [redacted] buy the car back from me and no answer[redacted] said it wasn't likre,they sold the car to me as is.I paid 6,400$ for that.In order for me to get the car back I have to pay over 100.00$ .No I said the mechanic is telling me this.My sister called told her to tell me to come and get the carnot gonna.That was 3/16.So this about sums it up.Please help me.There was a review on [redacted] wasn't on there before but saw recently a man commented it was a nightmare dealing with them .I told them I want a receipt a list all that was doneThey don't like when u know and are well aware of your rights.3/16/15- Bought [redacted] paid 6,400.Failed inspection 1st time.3/30/- Engine light comes on brought to my mechanic [redacted] ***.Piston 4&or cracked coils.3/30/15- Brought it back to dealer [redacted] (not there anymore )told him my mechanic checked it out.Please call me when finished.3/31/15- Called several times answering machine on.Rarely call you back.Got my car need receipt prove work was done.Just stared at me.4/3/15-Brought back to [redacted] told me never fixed it hooked up to machine.He said just cleared it out.4/6/15- Brought it back to dealership told them my mechanic checked it .Repair work never done.4/9/15- I was told bring it back to dealership.I went to drive it there car had to be towed there.4/17/15-Car has been at Vista Motors for days.Called several times to find out what the problem was never called back.4/20/15- [redacted] called me back told me needed spark plugs,electric coils,sensors,catilic.converter.Still may need a engine.Has to talk to owner.Yes,it does need a engine.I said the car is a lemon I don't want it .My sister and a friend tried to support me didn't ***erLeft a copy of Lemon Law.4/30/15-Ipaid 300$ for the engine.Repaired at [redacted] in Whitman,Ma.5/11/15-Car is ready.6/27/15-My emergency flashers come on.I notice no button to shut them off.6/28/15-Brought car back fixed at [redacted] in Whitman in days.6/28/15-Car wouldn't start so needed a jump.Supposedly a battery was put in from a junkyard when the engine was put in.See that on the receipt.7/1/15-Car broke down.Towed to Vista.Put a battery in.There for days.7/5/15-Noticed the engine light was on again and pressed on the flasher button .It fell right through the hole.7/6/15-Called Vista asked for the owner ***.Spoke to him told him of all the problems and it's a major inconvenience.Now the brakes are going....I want to either get my money back or trade it in for a car of equal valueDoesn't say anything back just write down what's w***g after I tell him ....7/9/15- Bring the car back told [redacted] I spoke to [redacted] didn't get anywhere.He said he will speak to him today and let me know

Ms*** purchased a vehicle from Vista Motors for which she received a day, 1,mile warranty per Massachusetts Law and was also offered an extended warranty for which Ms*** declined When Vista Motors was informed that the vehicle was in need of repairs, Vista Motors had an ASA
certified Mechanic inspect the vehicle The ASA certified mechanic determined that the necessary repairs were due to the way the vehicle was driven as opposed to be existing at the time the vehicle was purchased Despite Ms*** vehicle being outside the vehicle warranty period and the fact that the repairs were due to the way the vehicle was driven, Vista Motors made all necessary repairs to the vehicle, at it's expense, including maintenance related items, such as a battery At the current time, Vista Motors is not aware of any repairs necessary to the vehicle and believes the vehicle is in good working order
