with a third party company. The extended service plan covers repair on engine and transmission. The coverage does include a $ 100 deductible, According to Mr, [redacted] the provider company didn't honor the requested repAirs, In this case Mr. [redacted] should have contacted the provider. He didn't make any attempt to contact us, maybe we could be able to help him resolve the issue, but he decided to go in a different venue.

During the test drive my wife and I noted the rear window did not lock and the visors were broken. While singing the contract the sales rep stated to call and they would get the lock and visors repaired. I called every couple of days for about a week. Their response was to purchase the lock and visor at an aftermarket vendor. If they could not fix the little items why would I call them about major vehicle issues? The issues is not who I should have contacted. The issues is they sold me a contract that does not cover the key phrases that were stated during the sale such as "bumper to bumper" and "the warranty being good until the vehicle has XXXXXX miles".
