Review: Vehicle was park by their employee damaged by same and refuse to pay for damages. I have followed their instructuions for reimbusment and no one has returned my calls nor written to pay for damages.Desired Settlement: Fix my vehicle or pay for repair.

I wish to file a complaint with the Revdex.com against Vista Parking on Olympia St in Newark, NJ for damages to my vehicle on [redacted] 2014 at Vista parking. I completed an incident report immediately and left it with the Vista Parking Lot Manager and emailed pictures of the damage to [redacted] at Vista parking. It is now over 1 month and I have not received any payment for the $832.46 damages to my vehicle or even a reply to my many phone calls and emails since I last received an email from [redacted] at Vista Parking on [redacted], 2014.which

I have NOT received an update regarding the Incident Report,since your email dated on [redacted] 2014 which indicated I should be hearing from the Vista Parking Customer Service Claims Department shortly.Desired Settlement: Payment of $823.46 from Vista Parking Inc to [redacted] in payment of damages to my vehicle while parked at the Vista Parking Lot on b Olympia Drive Newark on [redacted], 2014

Review: On 9/20/14 my son left his car at Vista Parking, for a family trip. They park the car for you. When we returned late on 9/22 and picked up the car we noticed 2 small circular scratches in the paint on the rear bumper. This was obivous to us because this bumper has been repaired and repainted less than 2 days before and there were no scratches or any marks on it when dropped off at Vista. At the time of the pickup, I informed the Vista attendant of the damage. He had me fill-out a "Complaint Form" and I submitted it to him. He said it would be processed and I should hear from the department in a few days. When I hadn't heard from them in a week, I contacted them on 9/29/14 buy calling their ###-###-#### number and left a message on the "complaint department" voicemail. In the interim, I also got a repair estiamte from a body shop, the estimate was for $269.64 to repair the damage. The repair shop also noted that it was apparent to them, that the rear bumper had come in contact with the screws of a license plate, based upon the spacing of the scratches. On 9/30/14 I also faxed the Vista Parking Complaint Department a copy of the original complaint form along with my repair estimate and a cover letter. I asked them to contact me, on the fax. On 10/8/14 I called Vista Parking again and left another message with the Complaint Department. On 10/9/14 I found another Vista Parking direct number ###-###-#### and tried calling them. I actually spoke with someone named[redacted]. I explained my issue and he asked if could call me back and took my phone number. As of today 10/28 I've never heard back from anyone at Vista. All I want here is them to pay for the repair of my son's car bumper. This is a minor repair and a small sum of money. Vista Parking has taken the tact of ignoring me and I guess hoping I'll go away. I'm hoping the Revdex.com can help me. I can provide all the documents I discussed.Desired Settlement: I would like Vista to pay the $269.64 repair cost of my son's vehicle. Either directly to me or to the repair shop of my choice.

Review: I parked my car at Vista Parking from 12/28/2013 to 12/29/2013. After I picked up my car I noticed a damage to the left side of the rear bumper. From the way the damage looked like it was obvious that the employee of Vista Parking who damaged the car noticed that and tried to inspect it and wiped the dust around the damage. I reported this to Vista Service on 12/30/2013 and their internal investigation confirmed that the damage was done by them. It has been 6 weeks since the first report and they are still refusing to reimburse me for the repair cost, my voice messages are not being returned, nor I'm receiving answers to my emails.Desired Settlement: I request to receive a reimbursement for my expenses related to the repair in the amount of $300 as well as for my time and travel expenses in the amount of $700

Review: This place might be a cheap option, but they will not take care of your car, and they will not take responsibility if anything happens.

We left our car there for the weekend, and when we came back, the from of our car was completely crashed, once they realized about it, they promised to take care of this issue at once, after not hearing from them for a couple of days, we decided to call the number they gave us for contact information, just to be ignored multiple times, we have not heard from them since, and they have continued to ignore us since. We had to pay for all the repairs, and it was expensive.Desired Settlement: I hope they stop deceiving customers
