because:
The issue has not been resolved. No conversation has been had since the initial conversation which spurred on my complaint. They have shown no willingness to compromise or resolve the situation other than to say they have no culpability. To say we found resolution is untrue and blatantly dishonest. Had they been willing to compromise and work together on a solution, I would have accepted. They haven't even tried to right their blatant and obvious wrong they committed.
