Dec. 28, 2017 I received a call from the tenant [redacted] regarding the squirrels on 12-28-17. I told her we have been trapping them and releasing them elsewhere. She said that there are babies in her wall and that she [redacted]. I placed her on hold and called the Supervisor of maintenance and reported we needed to get in the wall and get the babies out. I returned to my call with Ms. [redacted] and told her I was contacting the owner about getting in the wall to remove any squirrels or babies that might be in there.I spoke with the owner and the owner stated absolutely to get in the wall and remove anything if in there and fix the wall right after. Also to remove the wall A/C unit and seal that up as well. I reported this to the Supervisor of Maintenance. When the Supervisor of Maintenance, [redacted], called the tenant to get permission to enter the unit and do the work, the tenant stated that she is going to be bringing her newborn [redacted] home in a few hours and that, that was unacceptable. Ms. [redacted] stated that she was calling the Revdex.com and didn't want anyone in her unit. Then when [redacted] was in the hallway taking photos a guy from Ms. [redacted]'s unit came out and handed his phone to [redacted]. It was Ms. [redacted] on the phone. She asked if [redacted] was in her unit, [redacted] said he just stepped in the unit because he was on the guy's phone, Ms. [redacted] told [redacted] not to be in her unit and not to take any photos and she was calling the Revdex.com. [redacted] handed the phone back to the guy The guy from the unit told Ms. [redacted] that he had removed all the [redacted] stuff from the room and to let [redacted] and the guys do their job and Ms. [redacted] told the guy no. We have offered Ms. [redacted] to move and refund her, her deposit but she states that it takes longer than 30 days to find a place.  UPDATE: Jan 3, 2018 I had sent out a 48 hours notice to Ms. [redacted] to enter and do the work order. This work order was scheduled and completed on 01/02/18. The Service Techs got into the wall and removed any and all signs of squirrels closed the wall back up properly. Also removed the window AC unit and closed that area up as well. The tenant had told the Service Tech, [redacted], that she was moving. Thanks

not have any available at this time.I have sent the Service tech out to the unit to do what maintenance that had to be done. I would have sent the service tech out sooner but the tenant is only off on Monday's and so that had us schedule the work order for 12-11-17. I believed we have done what was suppose to be done on our end. I have called and left a couple messages for you. I did receive one call back from some lady that left a message. I would like to discuss this with you. [redacted] i would love to have my deposit back and a free of charge move. Due to me being 8 months my main focus is preparing for my unborn son and is not able to get up and jump to move. I would need a few months to look. Someone was sent out on 12-11-2017 and did not solve my issue. My main issue with reporting this complaint was because I have squirrels living inside my bedroom wall. On 12-11-2017 someone came out and closed up the hole outside where the squirrels were getting inside before making sure all squirrels was outside of the wall. Now I have squirrels still in my wall but this time they are stuck with no way out. They cry and scratch for an exit. It's sadden, disgusting and annoying. I do not feel like this business handle the situation well at all.
