I have spoken with the tenant , [redacted] and offered to let her move and refund her the depositThe tenant stated that she liked our company and she is months pregnant.The tenant asked if she could transfer to another unit and we do not have any available at this time.I have sent the Service tech out to the unit to do what maintenance that had to be doneI would have sent the service tech out sooner but the tenant is only off on Monday's and so that had us schedule the work order for 12-11-I believed we have done what was suppose to be done on our endI have called and left a couple messages for youI did receive one call back from some lady that left a messageI would like to discuss this with youI can be reached at (502) [redacted] [redacted] Thanks , [redacted] Resident Manager Vista Properties, Inc [redacted]
