Vista Way Cleaners

Review: On May 11 or 12 I brought a pair of pants to Vista Way Cleaners at 955 Vista Way In Vista CA to be fixed together with another pair of pants, which I brought to be used as a reference point on the length desired on the first mentioned pair of pants. When I arrived one hispanic lady was in the front. I spoke with her in English and explained to her what I needed. She makes me a receipt and told me to pick it up in two days. She never mentioned that she doesn't speak Spanish, which I also speak too.I went to pick uo the pants on May 13 the owner of the store gave it to me. I didn't check the pants. Two days later ( May 15) I checked the pants and I realized that they didn't do nothing to the pants. I came back to the store and spoke with the owner. He raised his voice to me and said that he can't do nothing about his employee doesn't speak Spanish. He also said that he can't fix the pants because his employee misunderstood the type of service, and instead they dry clean the pants which is what the receipt states. I explained him that It wasn't my fault that his employee doesn't speak English. I also told him that she never ask me to speak Spanish. He said that he was paying enough money for an employee that only speaks Spanish, because he can't afford more than that. He started to tell me about how much he struggle to pay things and that only his wife help him etc etc. I told him that that wasn't my problem and that I don't supposed to pay for a service I din't ask for. He screams at the top of his lungs saying that he was not going to fix the pants for free because he cleaned the pants, and if I want them cut I have to pay again. I took my pants and I left, since I need those pants for this coming Friday.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. And I would like the Revdex.com make sure that this guy is following the rules hiring people at his place. He doesn't have a sign over there that says "that they only speak Spanish when his hispanic employee is there. Wonder about his abusive behavior with this poor hispanic lady. If he treat costumers like crap, I dont want to know about his employees
