This plumbing company came to my home 2 times in less than a week for the same issue and damaged my kitchen sink. The same plumber responded to the call. Then 2 days later I had to call another plumbing company out to my house for the same issue. This plumber told us that the plumber before him took the lazy way out to fix the problem because it was a quick fix to do it the way he did. I called the owner to let him know what this other plumbing company told us and this is what he said to me "I don't hire lazy employees call me back later and I will take the details down and look into it." I called him back 3 hours later and received his voice mail. He still hasn't called me back. I even tried calling him as I am writing this review. He is not in. Apparently Ritter & Sentry don't care what kind of people they hire or what kind of a job they do as long as they get their money. I would stay away from this company because they will rip you off.
During the coldest days of this winter the water line servicing my house broke and City shut off my water. I came home to no water and was in a panic. Within 1/2 an hr. of my frantic phone call to the insurance carrier, [redacted] from Ritter & Sentry called me back. He said he'd be out in the morning to take a look and by 830 am he was there. He assessed the job, called the insurance carrier and got the ok, all within 20 minutes. The next day the work was done and I had water by early afternoon. I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it is to find a company that is responsive to the needs of their customer. They did all the work, I made one initial phone call to the insurance company. I highly recommend Ritter & Sentry.
