When I bought my time shares the sales presentation was very good however as time past I realized that much information was left outMy biggest complaint was the sales person in California that sold me my*** timeshares never mentioned the word "event weeks" I was sold platinum weeks season, this meant weeks 51- (XMas and New Year) I was told the property was very large and it shouldn't be a problem to book rooms during these weeksAs time past, it became more and more difficult to book these weeksI was told to my surprise 20% then 30% then the 50% and eventually over 50% of the rooms were event weeks and already pre bookedThis I was never toldI complained to the resolution department at vistana and promised a timely response which never came I was called by my salmon in california who seems to have been contacted and possibly coached by the resolution in what to ask me while pumping for informationThese time shares are a wastehow can I be sold weeks 51-and then told forget it they cant be booked due to something I was never told
I have held off contacting an attorney as this would cost a bigger loss then I already have incurred due to this fraud
