To Whom it May Concern, I have emailed with Ms*** several times regarding her concerns with her final bill. During her residency, I see a couple work orders/pest control requests in the system, with the last one being in July I see nothing noted after that. If she
felt the carpet was unsanitary or infested, I would have hoped she would have continued to request treatments or request alternative arrangementsShe also had remedies under our escalation policies and Tenant Law if she felt that we were not resolving her issues or concerns which she never used According to the notes in the file, the carpet had to be replaced due to significant pet odors that we were unable to clean out of the carpet. As such, the balance due is accurateI did offer to split the carpet charges with her as a courtesy but she is continuing to refuse to pay. Thank youHeather

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was never offered any of those opinions by Timbers management when I lived there. I was unware of these options. I spoke with the management team personally multiple times after the work order was closed almost immediately due to the fact the staff saying there was nothing they could do. The carpet was dug up in spots from bugs and made myself and my dog sick. It was infested and they are only presenting options now that I have moved out and won't pay. I had the carpet cleaned three times therefore there was no pet Oder. Additionally the carpet needed replacing anyway since it was infested- something the Timbers should have dealt with on my first complaint of bugs.
