We went in to this business as a novice purchaser of supplies for a gas fireplace We were looking for embers to be used in the fireplace in our new home We were told that a full bag of ember (ounces) would cost $ So the person waiting on us said he thought he had a half a bag he would sell to us for $ So being honest and trusting people we bought the half bag of embers On the way home we decided to go on line to see what the exact product we bought cost To our shock the ounce bag would cost $or times less than we were told In our opinion, we find this business takes advantage of people Shame on me for allow someone to treat me this way Lesson learned the hard way Friends and family will be informed to avoid this business
