We apologize for any issues with this customers order When his order was placed on September 21, it was clearly stated on our website that the product was on backorder and would not ship until "Late September" We emailed him this as a confirmation on September 21st We received noticed from the manufacturer that there was a delay in our shipment and we would not receive enough stock to fill his order, and several others We contacted him again via email on September 29th to alert him to the unfortunate delay and that we would now have stock by Mid October to fill his orderHis complaint says he would want it shipped by October 5th or cancel and refund He called us on October 3rd to cancel and we refunded him that day We made sure we communicated with him the entire time as to the ETA When asked to cancel we processed it that same day.Thank youVisual Apex
