our order arrived damaged due to shipping I did not accept product My contact at the company named Ross [redacted] emailed me that I should not accept and a new set would be resent I agreed I provided pictures and did request the new products (I had to prepay, so they have my money) after a couple days I got a call that they would not do business due to shipping would not be guaranteed damage free So I asked for my refund and it was agreed by Ross that I would get it right away This is since March the order originated I waited few weeks and called Ross, he notified me the check would be cut and sent I trusted his word at this point Into May I still had not received my refundwhich is a large amountRoss then informed me that I will not get my refund until they get the damaged products back I was upset and asked for it immediately as we pre paid in good faith to receive undamaged products and they did not fulfill their partI wanted our refund He hung up on me and as of June 21st I still have not gotten our refundand they do have the product as per the tracking Which should not have any influence on my refund being held up I would like my refund as soon as possible
