our order arrived damaged due to shipping. I did not accept product. My contact at the company named Ross [redacted] emailed me that I should not accept and a new set would be resent. I agreed. I provided pictures and did request the new products. (I had to prepay, so they have my money) after a couple days I got a call that they would not do business due to shipping would not be guaranteed damage free. So I asked for my refund and it was agreed by Ross that I would get it right away. This is since March 2016 the order originated. I waited few weeks and called Ross, he notified me the check would be cut and sent. I trusted his word at this point. Into May I still had not received my refund. which is a large amount. Ross then informed me that I will not get my refund until they get the damaged products back. I was upset and asked for it immediately as we pre paid in good faith to receive undamaged products and they did not fulfill their part. I wanted our refund. He hung up on me and as of June 21st 2016 I still have not gotten our refund. and they do have the product as per the tracking. Which should not have any influence on my refund being held up. I would like my refund as soon as possible.
