I bought a frame at Visual Health doctors of optometry at Fairfax, VA on Friday. When I got home, I find the frame is very uncomfortable and the end of the frame leg is too loose and unstable. I bring the frame to the store and request a refund on Saturday. They refuse to refund it even only one day after purchase. I never see a store refuse to refund after one day of purchase.
