He is lying. His driver broke the law and damaged my property and damaged my property and he admits to doing so. He did not move stuff out of the way he threw it out of the way and he illegally entered a property that was locked without consent or permission. the account was not delinquent and has been paid, over the month period. it has had late payments but the acount has been paid. They were trying to make me pay a month in advance which is violation of contract

We are extremely sorry that this situation had to come about, we have in all attempted to provide customer service with integrity. Customer has repeatedly stated that we cut lock, but as of yet, has not provided a picture of such. Our driver is a very upstanding and honest person of integrity, and in all the time he has served our company, has not once said even the shadow of an untruth. His testimony is that the property was not locked at all. Also, customer was concerned that the goods, especially Christmas gifts that were inside the building were not damaged. We have inspected the building and the contents and found that none of the customer's contents were damaged except for a piece of drywall, which damage was not of concern.
