They do NOT respect and LIE to the customers. I went to their office to get an eye exam in Oct 2014. I called they a few weeks ago before my exam to make sure my insurance covered the exam fees. The staff confirmed with me that YES, my insurance covered the exam fees. So I went and got my eyes checked. I paid some money for contact lenses and the staff told me I was all set then I left.
In Apr 2016, I received an email saying I owed some money to this company and I had to pay them using some new app. I thought it might be an identity theft so I called their office. They told me I did owe them 100+ money for the comprehensive eye exam and asked me to pay ASAP. I called many times and asked to talk to their manager, the staff always said she was busy but would talk to me today or tomorrow. BUT, she did NOT call me in two weeks. Then I received a threatening letter from the company warning me they would report my account to the collection company and that will affect negatively on my credit record if I didn't pay them. This is very ridiculous.
1. They lied to customers about the insurance to get me in their office, and ask ME to pay all the money
2. In 36 months, they didn't contact me about the bill, no phone call, no email, no text msg, no mail-in letter etc, even though they had all my contact info.
3. They didn't try to solve the issue with customers. Their manager is always busy and will not call back to you.
