It has been wonderful doing business with Karen at Visualize! I have a place to go for alterations that has regular business hours! She was helpful in offering suggestions and following through to give me exactly what I needed in a timely mannerI've also used Visualize for custom creation workShe was able to take my descriptions to create a beautiful piece from a family heirloom...at a reasonable price! My daughter has bought and dresses through her consignment servicesThis place is fantastic!

Again, her response is not true
She told me ( on Thursday November 26th )to come in on Monday ( November )for a refundyesI came in that Monday and was told she had no moneyShe said she had paid bills that Friday and had to wait until her husband was paid to give her the moneyShe said I was to come back the next day ( December )I went back the next day and was told I would only receive a partial refund
she took $in 20's out and holding it said to me " I am only giving you back $" ( should have been $) I said "that is unacceptable, I want a FULL refund" then like a child she takes $out of her hand, shoves it back in her box and says "now you only get $60" when I went to say that was not ok, she says " you want me to put back more?" so at that point I got irate and told her she did amateur work at best and the dress is horrible and she is a horrible businesswoman and should be ashamed of herselfShe then told me I should leave and was getting NOTHING back for the dress and would I like her to call the policeAt that point I left with the dress, no refund and told her I was contacting the Revdex.com and telling everyone In the world how awful she isSo, yesI was told the day she delivered me the horrible dress that I would receive a full refund, But when I went to collect it, I got the run around and had to go back twice (wasting my time and gas) and then she refused to give me the moneyHad I been actually given the refund promised to me, this complaint would not be going on
Offering a refund is not all you can doactually giving the refund is!!

There are not words to express properly how thrilled I am to have found "Visualize by Karen"I am a perfectionist so needless to say, not easy to pleaseOver the past months I have had multiple items lengthened and altered and had pockets addedThey were done perfectly the first timeThe huge test was a beautiful king size quilt that was near and dear to meMy dog, not only tore it up but had chewed large holes into it She is a true miracle workerIn most areas, I can't even see the repairKaren is also a perfectionist, she is a true craftsmanI will sing her name from the rooftops for anyone to hear

Allowing $50 for beading and anything extra, that still leaves $130 for the dress in question. I would agree to accept $110 refund.

ALl I have left to sayl is that I have offered her a refund and she has refused it. There is nothing left for me to do.

First of all let me set the price straight. It was $100, not $130,  Second, she ordered a dress to be identical to a dress that I have in another color. After I finished the dress she changed the design of the waistband and the hem and added embellishments to the work I had done. I did not...

increase the price for this.  She complained about everything that everyone else has done for her during this wedding, which sent up a red flag to me so I tried my best to do what she wanted. In the process of all of the changes, the inside of the dress did not look as professional as it had originally. The rest of the dress was exactly like she wanted. There was technically no reason for a refund. However, I wanted to refund $80 of the $100 and she refused.  She began yelling and screaming so much that I had to threaten to call the police to get her to leave. She threatened to ruin my entire business by telling everyone it was "sy" work I had done.  
I did deliver her dress on time as planned. By doing so I was very behind on other projects, one of which was due in less than 30 minutes. So I did hand the dress to her and leave abruptly feeling that she would satisfied with the changes.  When she called and said she wasn't satisfied I immediately offered her a refund which she later refused.
Last, but most important, I made her wedding dress for her and she was very pleased with it and wore t beautifully in the wedding and has posted and shared many photos of it on facebook. She has not however mentioned it to anyone she has complained to. 
I feel that I met her requirements for the dress and was very willing to work with her and even refund 80% of her payment. She was unwilling to work with me. That was the problem. Thank you for your concern and support.
