In September of 2017, we had Visualize LED do a lighting install at our church. They did a great job with our LED wall. However, they sold us used lights for new prices, and we were under the impression that we were buying new lights. We have tried several times to get a refund for the lights that we were sold, and still have not received anything. We've been lucky to get a response from the manager a couple of times over the past several attempts to get through to them.
