I moved into Heritage Park apartments on July 21, 2020. When I moved into the apt the air conditioner did'nt work for months even after I sent numerous maintenance request, they just said I should move into a downstairs apt, they finally fixed it after over chargeing me for the fix. I had another problem with my apt and I sent another maintenance request about the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking really bad on monday they in and did a routine inspection so they saw that it was indeed leaking nothing was done so I went into the office on Sat to ask why has anyone come to fix it and I was told that maintenance was only there for emergency only and that it would be monday before anyone can fix it. Then they are over chargering me for anything and everything they can come up with.
I thank you very much for relaying this concern to me. We took over Heritage Park Apartments on 10/28/2020 and it is now own and managed by WAK Management. When we took over, per previous management all service requests were completed, and nothing was pending. I just contacted the tenant in apartment 3307 to follow up regarding this complaint and he said that nothing was pending. I asked him if there were any other problems in the apartment that needed attention and currently, he is having a problem with the water heater temperature, a maintenance service request has been submitted. At that time of the complaint, Heritage Park Apartments was managed by American Landmark.Please let me know if I can be of better assistance.Sincerely,Haydy GironCommunity Manager

I am rejecting this response because: because I still have mole in my bathroom all cross my ceiling will there be any done about that
