During a June storm, our hard drive was hit by lightning. We lost our network connection. Around the same time, I began having issues with our Microsoft Word program. I called another company in [redacted] to see if they could fix my computer. They could not help but recommended PC Guru. I am so grateful they did.
I contacted PC Guru and made arrangements to take them my hard drive to repair. They fixed both issues completely, in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost.
In July, we got hit with another storm and lightning knocked out our network card again. I called them and they sold me another network card and told me how to install in order to save me the time and energy of bringing the computer in again for repair.
This month, I tried to download a software program and during the process, received some prompts I did not like. I aborted the download but not before some information ran in the background, causing me to receive errors throughout the day.
I contacted PC Guru and again, they were able to help me resolve this issue. Quick and efficient.
I am self-employed and work from home. They appreciate that I can't bring my computer in every time I have an issue. They find creative ways to help me.

He saved me a lot of money by fixing the problem instead of trying to sell me something new or saying that the problem was too far gone to fix.
