I would like a refund of my money
Unauthorized charges and will not refund even though trial item returned & called within 10 days to cancel a
Purchased shipping cost 01/13 free trial item.
Called to complain, return unused portion (4 tablets) 01/20 and canceled further shipments. Received RMA and returned via USPS.
01/27 noticed pending charges, called Bank Fraud Dept, was given 800#; turned out to be Vita Brain - and had tried on 2 prior attempts (literally within 1 week of order to collect subscription funds before trial period was over)

Unprofessional, rude... first stated only authorized to offer 25% off but no refund, I contested... this went on from 25%, to 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 65%, 75% and a final offer of 85% off and no refund.
I was livid.. why would I pay anything for a product that doesn't work, I've returned, cancelled shipments/subscription well within trial period of 14 days which was not evident or visible on site when free trial offer initiated... it was pay shipping for free trial offer; but once they deceptively collected funds unauthorized ftom my account a very long statement/terms was read to me by Albert stating I agreed to this and it was in clear site and visible on the offer site. I asked several times to speak with manager but was told that he's Offering me the best solution and thst there was No same policy or procedure within the company and that I coild be told anything.
I laughed in disgust and inquired how can a company operate whereas basically any agent answering the phone could say or do whatever and there was no governing policy, regulations or protocols?
I ended the call without resolution as Albert rudely told me I'd went beyond their closing time and I could call back the next day!
I've been calling ever since and every calls put on auto-hold never to be answered. I can only assume that my number registers and goes to a holding depot.
Full refund; even held to their fraudulent scheme of 14 day period before being billed, I called, complained of oroduct not working, received a RMA and returned item and cancelled all well within 14 days.
After reviewing Mr. complaint, we thoroughly searched our listing of customers and based on name, phone number, zip code, email address, and street address provided - which were searched both combined and separately. We were unable to locate an associated account for him, unfortunately. His complaint may have been sent to our company by mistake so it appears he has not ordered any products from us. We do however hope that he is able to locate the company selling products that he was charged for in order to receive the reimbursement he is seeking. If Mr. would like to call our customer service department at 800-947-6676, we would be happy to further attempt to locate an account with additional information and assist Mr.. Lastly, we would like to apologize on behalf of the agent you spoke with, however this is not an agent with our company nor is that an agent ID we use. Our agent ID numbers are just numbers so we can confirm you did not previously speak with our company.

I received two bottles of product but never ordered them. I have been billed on my credit card 7.95 for each bottle and they refuse to credit back.
On 10/4/2019 I received via USPS 1 bottle of Vitabrain and 1 of Prime Omega. It was charged to me credit card on 9/30/2019 @ 7.95/bottle. My wife called the number on the credit card and they said I ordered a free trial via internet and the charges were for S&H. Their records show a request for a continuity supscription. I never order on the internet and this is nothing in the internet history that shows I was in the site. I was told they will cancel my order but need to pay for S&H again to return the items. They were shipped from the Salt Lake City address but the rep gave me the address in Tampa to return the bottles. There was no invoice in the envelope, only a packing list. When I dispute the charges with MC they require that I have a new card issued so I will have to notify all my vendors who automatically bill be each month to give them the new CC information. I believe this is a scam. I have Alzheimer's in the early stages and believe somehow they obtained my information to place the order. The rep gave me a cancellation # of
To credit my MC for both charges and allow me to throw away the pills instead of paying to thave them shipped back. Note: Although the package shippping address is in Salt Lake City, they want me to return them to the address in Tampa.
