In response to the letter submitted by the Revdex.com in regard the above reference, we would like to share with you the following information in that matterwe performed cleaning in the house of the concerned customer (ID No***) on the 24th of MarchOn March 28th, the customer called Merry Maid
office and mentioned that she found some crumbs in some area of the kitchen cabinetsThe office staff suggested her that we can come back immediately to correct the kitchen cabinetsThe customer told to the office staff that she already cleaned the crumbs, no need to come backOn March 31, the owner called her back and apologized of any inconvenience, and suggested her to come back immediately to correct any discrepancies in the kitchen cabinetsOn another occasion in March 31,2016, the mother of the customer call for the same issue, and Merry Maids office suggested to her sending Merry Maids team back to re-clean any call back; Neither customer nor her motherOn April11, the customer called again complaining about the windows, the office staff told her that Windows were not included in the service.These events indicate that the customer was given several options in several occasions to the cabinets, but she was insisting something that was not included the cleaningThe customer has no legitimate claim for Merry MaidsHowever; we would like to reimburse her $(fifty dollars) as a good-will gestureIf that is acceptable, or if there is any additional issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.Sincerely,Management of Merry Maids

I am rejecting this response because: Merry Maids description of what happened leaves out critical pieces of information, including: 1) When I called the office on March, I told Florina that I was dissatisfied both about the windows and the cabinetsI made it clear from the first time I called that the windows were also an issue; their recount makes it sound like I didn't call until almost a month later to dispute the windows for the first time. 2) When the owner finaly called me back on March after I complained about the cleaning and spoke with my mother, the owner told us she would come back and clean the windows specifically, as there was nothing they could do to fix the cabinets at that pointShe asked me to call back and schedule a time for the maids to come out since I was not available for them to come out that day. 3) I called the week of April and again April to schedule this re-clean of the windows that Fowzia offered to my motherThe first time I never received a call back, and on April Fowz'a's sister (after much arguing) told me that she would send a team the next morning to clean my windows and get this finalized. 4) On April (the morning Fowzia's sister told me maids would be there to clean my windows) I took off work to be home for the maids to come backRather than receiving a call at 8AM to tell me what time they woudl be there, I received a call from Fowzia saying that they in fact were NOT going to send the maids to re-clean my windows because I had waited too long to schedule the re-cleaning and windows were not supposed to have been included from the start. I would argue that I do have a valid claim agains Merry MaidsI understand that the windows are not technically supposed to be included as part of Merry Maids moclean, but the women who cleaned my house started to clean each window - just a very poor job leaving much dust and smearing, which is why I complainedSo if in fact window cleaning was not supposed to be included, they should not have touched my windows in the first placeAlso, Fowzia and her sister shouldn't have promised me a re-clean of my windows on two separate occassions (March and April) if they weren't going to follow-through. I am seeking full reimbursement of my cleaning charges ($262), as I had to re-clean my windows to fix the smears, smudges and dust left; clean old food out of my kitchen cabinets myself; and take a day off work to stay home for the maids on April, only to be told at the very last minute no one would be coming.
