Vita Pure Of Acadiana

Upon recommendation of our neighbor, we had Vita Pure's water filter system installed. No more bottled water purchases for us. Water is so clear and tastes great. No more water scale at base of refrigerator where water is dispensed and in pots used for boiling. Team is very professional and installation was completed by their plumber in less than an hour.

I do not recommended this company or their water softeners. They sold us a water softener because we had TESI water, which is not the greatest. I have had many of problems with this machine since it was installed. No water pressure causing our washing machine to malfunction and not work, pot perm coming through the water causing the water to be purple, dirty water, green sand coming through the water as well. The water softener completely broke just one year after having it, they replaced it and all of the above problems have been happening. We call and tell them we no longer want the water softener because of the continued problems we are having which can also be potentially hazardous because my family is drinking and using the water that has chemicals coming through. Vita Pure's solution was they can't come and pick up the water softener because it was financed and we have to keep it. Very bad customer service if you ask me.

Excellent service!! My family and I drink and cook with great water now and ice comes out good. Would recommend to anybody.
