Review: I ordered their 'free sample' skin care and received 2 products that I did not like and returned. I then received a refill on one of them - sent all back with an explanation that I did not like thier product nor want any. They put me on an 'auto refill' that was not authorized. I received 4 charges to my credit card - none of them authorized for a total of $99.73 (2x) and $94.56 (2x). I have contacted my credit card and they have opened up a fraud investigation and have blocked them from putting further charges on my card. I received initials emails from VitaBella saying how to return in unwanted product and that charges would be reversed. When this didn't happen, I tried calling the number provided on the eamil of 888-506-3815 as well as reponding to [email protected] but received no more communication from them even after telling them I would lodge a complaint with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] refunded. They will reverse the charges, but I would like the company to reimburse the credit card company.

Review: I agreed to a trial period to receive products by mail.

I then attempted to cancel my trial period, but was billed anyway.

I emailed the email address listed on ( [redacted] ) but got an error response (email address does not exist).

I called the number provided on their website but a pre-recorded message states they can not take calls and the best way to reach is email.

They billed my credit card for a continued subscription that (for all intents and purposes) I am unable to opt out of or cancel.Desired Settlement: I do not want to receive any future products, I want to cancel my "trial" period!

If possible please refund the charges that I have been unable to opt out of via email or telephone request.
