refused packages is as follows: USPS accepts the refused package, the package is routed back to our San Diego warehouse, ETA for delivery is ~- weeks, once the package arrives customer service reviews the package and contacts the customer to confirm if a refund is possible or notWe wish there was an easier and faster way for us to receive refused packages however with the number of packages circulating within the USPS this is not possible at the moment unless the customer pays for shipping the product back to us.
