Never received product, shady tracking info Ordered product in beginning of OctoberThey sent shipping details with no product to ***Still haven't received product nor a call to tell me the delaysVery unsatisfiedI've tried a dozen times to contact the vendor to no avail

DO NOT order from them Placed an order on 1/3/ They charged my credit card...transaction finalized on 1/5/ No further communication from the company A week went by with no update on the order I emailed them on 1/10/ No response Called them at 2:30pm their time, on 1/12/17, answering machine picked up Left message and have not heard from them I am also seeing other fraudulent charges now popping up on my credit card transaction history I will be calling my credit card company to dispute all charges including the one for VitacostNo goods delivered, and no contact from the business makes it fraudulent Do not order from this fake company!

I ordered bottles of a product on 6-13- No one answers my voice messagesI paid $for bottles but only got 3! vitadocs has failed to contact me regarding shipping and items not received I placed an order from vitadocs on 09/18/totaling $ I received a receipt for payment but no information regarding shippingThe products have not been received and Vitadocs has failed to respond to my email, sent 09/24/ I have called the number from their website ( [redacted] ) numerous times and receive only a voicemail saying to leave a message No response to my message

Failure to ship products and no customer service I purchased an item from [redacted] on,7/29/It is 8/17/and I have not received any merchandiseI emailed enquiring when the merchandise would be shipped and was provided a tracking number The tracking number showed that shipment information was sent to [redacted] on 8/4, bit no package has ever been shipped Since that email, I have emailed "customer service" times and received no answer to any of those emailsI have called the number provided and left a message, per the instructions, but never receive a return call I am trying to cancel the order, at this point and purchase the item from a reputable company [redacted] has stolen about $from me and not provided any service

Followed the return policy and returned an item and was not refunded On 12/8/my credit card was charged for purchasing item # [redacted] small I received a medium even though the invoice said small The return policy was followed with order # [redacted] written on the return package that had the unused original packaging [redacted] The returned was with first class mail Jan 28, per the return policy I have not been refunded the cos t of $and the cost of return mail of $I have left multiple voicemails and e-mails through VitaDocs web site and have had no replies I would like a refund on my credit card or with a check for the purchase cost and the return mail cost since it was not my error

Company partial shipped my order. Has not responded to emails or calls for resolution. Asking for credit for merchandise not received. Placed an order on 10/27/16 for three items. I ordered with Vitadocs and was billed for the item on my credit card but have not received any order or had any response to my contact attempts I placed an order that I was billed for on my visa on 1/19/for the amount of $ The order was for a product called Cholacol I was never sent an order confirmation or any shipping information I have called and left messages on their voicemail three times on 2/1/and 2/2/as well as sent emails via their contact us page on the same dates listed above There has been no response to any of those inquiries When the emails were sent, there was a box to check to get a copy of the email sent to you as well which I checked to have that proof in my email Those emails were never sent to my inbox
