This customer ordered product from us on 7/27/and was ONLY charged a processing fee for each order of $and $USDShe canceled her orders, as she said, the next dayBoth accounts were canceled, as requested, with no additional chargesI have no idea where she is getting that anyone
charged her anything except for the order processing feesWe did no such thingBy the way, the offer details are clearly stated on the order screen and we have no control over a customer reading them or not Unfortunately we were unable to stop the shipments and only request that she returns them to us upon arrivalAs I stated, there have not been or will there ever be any additional charges to her account. I checked this customers orders and see that the accounts has been closed since 5/24/and 5/31/He elected via our automated system to pay a reduced price to keep the products he orderedHe could have chosen to receive an RMA and return the bottles with no charges at allWe have never had a free trialWe have a trial periodHe ordered on 4/19/and he had business days to contact us to cancel his accountWe have done nothing wrong hereWe have an automated system so we can track the customers choices and in this case he chose to keep the productsAs the email he forwarded to you shows, we also have our customer service center open hours a day so any customer can call in for any reasonIf he would have requested and RMA and returned the items he would have never been charged or would have been refunded for the ordersI hope this helps explain our position

needs to do is return the most recent order, that is on the way to her now, and we will be happy to refund her in full for that bottle. We do not have a free trial. Each customer has 21 days to try the product and can cancel their account at any time during that period. Our customer service if available 24/7 and they can also cancel online as she stated. She obviously didn't cancel both products. We will look forward to receiving her return and refunding her for that order.

There was a trial I had filled out in May. I did NOT have 2 accounts only 1, if I did, once I had cancelled the other should have automatically been canceled too. Also, I did NOT receive any product from them or I would have sent the products back to them.

It's an automatically generated reply, identical to the one I got when I contacted them myself, which does not address or respond to the complaint at all.

It is clearly stated on our order check out page that there is a processing fee of $2.83 and a shipping fee of $7.04. The offer details are also clearly stated on that page prior to processing the order. He obviously sees them now as he stated in his complaint. If this customer didn't read them how are we at fault. He received a full month supply of our product and not only is he refusing to pay for it he wants the shipping fee back? We do not refund shipping fees on any order we send out since the customer is the one that placed the order and requested it to be sent to them based on the offer. We have done nothing wrong here at all.

It was not 'clearly stated' on the page that there were fees other than shipping. In fact, it was emphasised that the only fee was the shipping. As to the offer details, they weren't clearly stated either. They were hidden behind a link at the very bottom of a long page, and I only found them when I went back to look after I realised that the unauthorised charges had been made. I am not in fact requesting the shipping fee back, as that charge was the only one I did authorise. I did not authorise any of the other charges made, and those are the ones I was requesting the refund for.
As it stands, I got tired of waiting for the offending company to respond and went to my bank, who reversed the charges. I am marking this as 'accepted' only because I do not wish to deal with such dishonest business practices any longer than I have to.
