course, we regret any report of a dissatisfied consumer. service center locator would have serviced his claim, and he should have been referred to that service center whether he ran his own search, or sought assistance from one of our customer service representatives.  In my letter, I provided him with that contact information. Additionally, our technical support representative believes he may be able to solve the reported issue without the need for warranty service, and will call him today. Sincerely,   Robert A. This is in response to your recent communication regarding the above-referenced complaint.   I am advised that we received an order on February 3, 2014 for the replacement part requested by [redacted] from the authorized service center referenced in his complaint, and that the order was shipped the following day. 
 
We sincerely regret the difficulty [redacted] describes in obtaining the desired component.  I am informed that a glitch in our software caused our on-line system to incorrectly describe the component as being out-of-stock.  We are working to correct the problem.
