I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Leonard L[redacted] falsely represented himself. He is not licensed to do mason work. I checked his company on DOB website and he does not exist.  He should not be doing general contracting work period.  I paid for all the materials on the job  which he used inappropriately and I lost over $3000 in materials.  I paid him $2700 for labor. Since he is not a licensed contractor and he hires illegal workers to provide services, my work was not done to code. I was told by several licensed contractors that I will have to demolish the steps and stones he had his worker install on my porch. If he is licensed, ask him to attach a copy. His real company's name is: ** [redacted] is a corporation based in New York and it's registered under DOS number [redacted]. ** [redacted] was registered in July **, 2004. The company's status is listed as Active as recorded in documents filed with New York Department of State. Type Domestic Limited Liability Company. His company is not A & L Design Services.  when you do a search for him on DOB, you only find this person. L[redacted] RON   023573  N   EXPIRED   07/**/2015   [redacted]     L[redacted] RON   027194  N   EXPIRED   05/**/2015   EXTERIOR WALL & BUILDING     L[redacted] RON   609670  N   ACTIVE   08/[redacted]2015   TRADE OFF LLC. Leonard L[redacted] is fraudulently practicing contracting work and he is defrauding many residents of Brooklyn thousands of dollars.
