It is never our intention to send unwanted mail to anyone, however, it seems we are in a little bit of an uncontrollable situation. There are two types of mailers that we send out from time to time. The first type of mailer is to our data base (which it appears [redacted] is not a...
part of). These mailers go to anyone in our data base that has done business at Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford in the past. It is very simple to remove someone from that mailing list but again that does not seem to be the situation. The second type of mailer is what is called a saturation mailer where every mailbox in a particular zip code gets a mailer. I spoke with the company we primarily use for this type of mailer and they confirmed they cannot remove an individual address for a saturation mailer.
