Thieves. Crooked company. Like others who wrote complaints, I ordered samples of the skin care products and agreed to pay shipping only. No fine print letting me know I would be charged. Also, the charges show up under different company names and the phone numbers for reaching the companies are not valid phone numbers. I have charged for $97.88 and $94.99 and $104.85 and am extremely irate.

I ordered a sample of the product and they signed me up for monthly shipments without my consenre charging 3 x the price that it is available elsewher
La lune wrinkle reducing moisterizer

Desired Outcome

Reverse the charge to my card and cancel the monthly subscription.

To Whom It May Concern:

After reading Ms.' complaint, we regret to see the displeasure you have with our company. We have adapted to a monthly subscription model due to popular demand. Once you place your order with us, you are given a 14-day trial to see how you like our product for only the price of shipping and handling. After this period of time if you don't call to cancel, you are enrolled into our program and set to receive new shipments every 30 days. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website but we do apologize if there was any misunderstanding here.

Upon looking further into her account with us, we can confirm that Ms. started her trial period on February 9, 2020 for the shipping cost of $11.92. After her trial period ended on February 23, 2020, she was charged for the full sized product sent to her, for $94.99 and added to our subscription program. Our data shows that Ms. sent us an email to cancel her account and request a refund on February 24, 2020, letting us know that she had already begun the dispute process with her bank. Once a dispute is filed, her accounts would freeze on our end preventing us from issuing a refund to her directly to protect customers from accidental fraud by receiving a double reimbursement. Therefore, we advised Ms. to conference her bank on a call with us to confirm that the dispute has been dropped before we issued a refund. Once Ms. is able to contact us with her bank to verify the dispute status, we can then go ahead and issue a refund for $94.99 back into the account it was debited from. We hope that this settles Ms.' complaint and we offer our sincerest apology to you.

Kind regards,
Customer support

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Gentlemen
The response from the business is incorrect. Mrs *** did not receive a full sized product, only a small sample, and once we had discovered that there was a charge against our credit card we notified the business that we did not wish to receive the full sized product.
The company website is deceptive in that the order form does not disclose the subscription model until after the order is entered. Mrs *** would not have ordered the trial sized product had they disclosed this fact in clear language.
A dispute was filed with the bank as a means of preventing the transaction from processing. The company has a history of giving customers the runaround in attempting to obtain a refund.
The credit card that this was charged to has been cancelled. In the event that the company ships the full sized product it will be returned to them.

To whom it may concern,
We want to apologize for any confusion, our customers have been demanding a more flexible consumption model, so we have adopted a monthly subscription-based schedule. This allows our active, on-the-go customers the convenience of automatically receiving their skin care regimen. We do not send out samples nor do we manufacture or promote any sample offer or size. We send our customers the full-sized 30 day product and they are given a 14-day trial period to decide whether or not our product meets their needs for only the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial, they are then charged for our exceptional products at the full retail price and enrolled in our subscription-based schedule. Our terms and conditions have remained on our website and we apologize if Ms. did not see them upon placing her order. The trial order was placed on February 8, 2020 for the price of $4.95 and $6.97 and per the order details on the website, it states that it is a trial offer and if you wish to discontinue, Ms. would need to call or email in to process that request. At this time, unless Ms. calls in with her bank to confirm the dispute status, we are unable to process a refund. We have also sent this via email to Ms. so that we can resolve the account.

Kind regards,
Customer support

Erratum: The trial order was placed on February 9, 2020 for the price of $4.95 and $6.97 and per the order details on the website

Customer Response • Feb 27, 2020

I have requested that the company provide an RA number and the product will be returned to them. I have reviewed the company's website and the do-called "free trial" does not disclose the 14 day requirement until AFTER the shipping details and credit card information have been entered. Although I was not able to check due to the structure of the ordering process, the "subscription" model is likely a pre-checked option that would be easily missed by most people. I still contend that the website uses deceptive practices designed to mislead consumers into accepting an offer that they might otherwise reject.
Furthermore the so-called exclusive product is available elsewhere at 1/3 of the price that was charged.
The fair resolution to my complaint that I am requesting is that any charges to our credit card be reversed and the product will be returned to the company. At this point, I have no trust that should we lift the dispute on the charges that a refund will be issued.

To whom it may concern,

Ms. as now received a refund on her account per a chargeback alert.

Kind regards,
Customer Support

Offered me a sample product then enrolled me in a 100/mo subscription without any notification and no information on their website indicating this.
Ordered a discounted sample of skin cream. They automatically enrolled me in a subscription. There is no information or disclaimer anywhere to indicate that this will happen if you take the sample. They will not refund the fee either, even though you did not agree to the subscription and you have no way of knowing that this will happen. Then, they will not send you the product that you're "subscribed" for. I disputed with my bank, at first they found the complaint to be valid but later sided with the business. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE TRIAL. I DID NOT AGREE TO A SUBSCRIPTION. THEY DO NOT POST INFORMATION ABOUT A SUBSCRIPTION

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the first month's trial.

Upon looking further into his account with us, we can confirm that Mr. started his trial period on February 5, 2019 for the shipping costs of $4.95 and $6.97. After his trial period ended on February 19, 2019, he was charged for the full sized product sent to him, for $94.99 and $97.88 and added to our subscription program. Our data shows that Mr. never gave us a call to cancel his account or request a refund until after a dispute was filed on the post trial charges. Once a dispute is filed, his accounts would freeze on our end preventing us from issuing a refund to him directly to protect him from accidental fraud by receiving a double reimbursement. We have only charged Mr. once after his trial period ended, so it looks like he was issued a temporary credit from his bank during the dispute process; seeing that he was charged again for the amount disputed, he has lost the dispute. However, considering he has lost this dispute and the charge was added back to his account, we have issued a refund for the February charges previously mentioned for $94.99 and $97.88 and it should be credited to his account within the next 7-10 business days. We hope that this settles Mr.' complaint and sincerely regret that he was not satisfied with our business initially as we aim to always provide pleasant customer service experiences. We offer our sincerest apology to you.

Lojesete refused to honor mdse return date & refuse to give refund.Mdse returned within 30-d.On 01/25/19 RMA#F9219CDE6F47.On 02/18/19 USPS del @ 913am
ORIGINAL COMPLAINT:

Hello,

I am following up on my return with the RMA number listed above. On 01/25/19 I called the 800 number to get authorization to return two items for a full refund. I spoke with cust svc #415, and he gave me the RMA number and said I had 30 days from 01/25/19. On 02/12/19, I spent $10.40 at the post office to return these items. I used the USPS tracking system to monitor my package.

I checked the package tracking app on usps dot com and I see that they received my return on 2-18-19 at 9:13 am. (I have the receipt)

USPS Tracking Number: ***
My item was delivered to an individual at *** located at *** in DENVER, CO *** at 9:13 am on February 18, 2019.
Status
Delivered
February 18, 2019 at 9:13 am
Delivered, Left with Individual
DENVER, CO ***
Company email response states:

Please note that our facility will process returns within 72 hours of arrival to our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your package is confirmed received by our facility.

.....I did not receive this notification from your warehouse. Your website then goes on to say,

Please allow 10-14 business days for all funds to show back up in your account. You will receive a separate email notification regarding the status of your refund.

......I did not receive this notification regarding the status of my refund.

Note that March 7 will be 14 days from Feb 18, 2019 (the day you received package) and according to your website statement, you process refunds within 10 to 14 days from date of receipt.

There are two products I returned, BOTH UNUSED and BOTH UN-OPENED (1) eye cream $97.88 and (1) wrinkle cream $94.99.

The cancellation number is the same for both..... ***.

I am expecting a full refund of $192.87.

When I called on 02/12/19 and spoke with customer service employee #415. He said I should have read the fine print to see that this is a monthly subscription club.

I do not want membership to a monthly skin care club, so your employee gave me an RMA to return the unopened product, which I did.

There should be no restocking fee, as the product was returned in the same packaging unopend. I simply put it in a larger box for return to you.

I acquired the two samples on Jan 4, 2019 because I clicked-thru a website advertisement for your product.

Then I received an email from "Amy" via an email from Bentley, LLC encouraging me to get my "free samples" before you run out because this product is in high demand; all I needed to do was pay for shipping and handling; $6.97 for one product and $4.95 for the other, for a total charge of $11.92.

Both products came in the same package, yet you charged separately. Why?

....then two weeks later on Jan 18 and Jan 19, you charge my account $97.88 and $94.99 respectively, for a total of $192.87.

I'd like to get all of my money back. $11.92 plus $192.87 for a total of $204.79.

Sincerely,

***

On Tuesday, 03/05/19 I sent the above follow-up for a refund. On Thursday, 03/07/19 I received an email saying my package was delivered late in excess of the 30-days, so I called and spoke with customer svc agent #017. She said my package was late returning to the warehouse. I said No, and when I gave her the RMA date and number along with the package mailing date and the date the packaage was received in the warehouse she put me on hold, then came back and said she can not help me. I'm late and that's it. I told her I have proof, I am within the 30-days, and that I attached the original RMA authorization to the email chain she is reading and that it is within the 30 days and they can't do that. It's illegal. They are stealing. I told number 017 that I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. The conversation ended. I hung up and here I am filing a complaint against Vital Wealth Online, Inc, 23151 Fashion Dr #213, Estero,FL 33928-2564. Owner is Ms. Laura W., with dba L'Ojesete.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. they trick people into believing that you can get a free sample. Then they charge shipping for two items, but mail the products in the same box. they arre stealing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Thank you for processing my refund. I think this is a training issue because when I went to the Revdex.com dot org website I read that many of your customers have the same complaint. To avoid this in the future perhaps you should instruct your call center staff to repeat back all information, especially original order date as this would protect you from embarrassing situations like this. On RMA, please have call center staff state the original traial order date when giving a return authorization to a customer. Had it beeen clear to me that my 30 days began on Jan 4th, this could have been prevented. Thank you for the refund.

Company offers a free trial of L'Ojesete face cream with a $4.95 shipping and handling charge. However, 1 week after receiving the cream they have charged my bank account for $94.99. When ordering I read everything carefully and scrolled all the way to the bottom. I saw no notice for any sort of subscription or continuing charge. I will be contacting my bank to reverse that charge and block them from charging anything else. The Owner of this company is Laura *** W.. She is listed for every office except the agent listed is ***.
Product_Or_Service: L'Ojesete Face Cream

Desired Outcome

Refund I want my money back and assurance that no further charges will be made to my account.

To Whom It May Concern,

We have reviewed Ms. complaint and we would like to apologize for any confusion. Our company has adapted to a monthly subscription model due to popular demand. Once you place your order with us, you are given a 14-day trial to see how you like our product for only the price of shipping and handling. After this period of time if you don't call to cancel, you are enrolled into our program and set to receive new shipments every 30 days. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website but we do apologize if there was any misunderstanding.

Following our research into her account with us, we have found that Ms. began her trial with us on February 10, 2019 for the shipping cost of $4.95. After her 14-day trial ended on February 24, 2019, she was charged for the retail price of the product she received at $94.99. After reaching out to us on February 25th, Ms. was subsequently refunded in full for the February charge. It should take about 7-10 business days from the issue date for this to get back into her account. Furthermore, we can verify that her account with us is cancelled so she will not be receiving any further shipments from us. We hope this settles Ms. complaint and want to again apologize for any trouble this has caused her.

Sincerely,
Customer Support
