My [redacted] has [redacted], therefore he was told he had to have liquid oxygen. Apparently their driver checked out our residence and said he could not get his truck turned around in our driveway. [redacted] I haul a one ton truck loaded with horses in a three horse slant trailer in & out of that driveway all year. When I called them on this, they said they don't deliver to residences. So why did they bother checking out our driveway all at if they don't deliver. Then my [redacted] had a medical appointment in [redacted], he phoned this company twice, second time with the hotel confirmation number to set up oxygen. We arrive, no oxygen. The woman flat out said she had no recollection of these calls. [redacted]
