On 2/23/2020 I placed an order to get my birth certificate. I paid extra to have expedited shipping. The estimated or normal processing time is 5-7 business days. The issue is that it's been way past the processing time and I have still not received my information. I have now had to take time off from work to go to the office to get something I should have received a week ago. I feel like this may have been a scam. I have reached out to them and have not gotten a valuable response.

on 3/7/2020 I reached out to them and was asked for more information regarding the case. I responded on 3/7/2020 with the proper information but on 3/9/2020 I received another response (which included the information provided) asking if someone has contacted me. I have yet to get any other response from them.
