we are staying with our offer to help as per your conversation with [redacted] you originally said you would accept the offer and we just wanted you to come in and sign saying that you have accepted the amount of money we had agreed uponyou called back later yelling and not able to talk to and said you would not accept our offer ! as far as we are concerned we do not know how to help you and are staying put with our offer to you

It was explained to the client multiple times before they signed paperwork that the cost of the vehicle was but the bank used to finance the cars has fees totaling approximately dollars, which has to be added to the total cost of the vehicle on the contract which shows the purchase price
as The clients didn't understand why the paperwork had to be written this way after explaining it to them on numerous occasionsI showed the clients at that point the finding receipt that I would be receiving from the bank and explained to the client if they did not feel comfortable signing the documents as presented on the contracts not to sign the paperwork but they agreed that they felt comfortable enough after giving the explanation and the deal was consummated at that pointThe total amount that I received from the bank after the bank fees where deducted was plus the dollars down and the documentation fee of totaled $After the car was repaired and picked up by the clients on October 9th I was completely un aware that there was still a unresolved issue with the totals presented on the paperworkI have no problem standing behind my vehicles and taking the time out to reexplain what has already been talked about regarding the figures. We are a small family run dealership which survive on referrals and strive on customer satisfaction but it's difficult to fix an issue or concern unless I know that there is one. ***e *** Owner

 Hi im writing I response to my rejection of Vitale Family Auto response to my complaint. [redacted] was on vacation in Aruba and he wanted me to wait till he got back from vacation to have my truck towed to his place and have his mechanic lool at my truck. This would have been 13 days sonce my truck broke down and unacceptable and unprofessional on Vitale Family Auto part. What [redacted] said to me that he could of got a engine cheap and unprofessional on his part. [redacted] wanted me to wait over 2 weeks before my truck MIGHT of got fix. This is unacceptable cause this truck is my transporation to work

Hi my name is [redacted] I am the owner and operator of Vitale Family Auto. I am the one that sat with you and your wife to go over the financing. I explained about the fees and the high interest rate that your credit required at this time. When we went over the paper work 3 times before you guys signed it. You looked at your wife and explained to her in spanish and you both shook your head and said we understand where do we sign . I never hid  anything from you guys we are always very thorough  here  at Vitale Family Auto to make sure everyone understands how financing works with sub prime banks. Thats why I show everyone the approval from the bank to show the fees . Like I did with you guys numerous amount of times before you signed again to make sure you understood what you where signing. SO YOU BOTH AGREED AND SIGNED THE PAPER WORK ......

After thinking about is $700 offer and telling me he could of got a engine cheaper than what I got and telling me I should have waited for him to come back from ARUBA I declined that $700 offer. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against Vitale Family Auto. I have all the documents to back me up. Plus the Implied Warranty Merchanability law to fall on. we have checked all of records and we did not sell a truck to that name , we searched our entire data base and did not come up with  a sale to anyone by that name ! we believe that this person has the wrong dealership listed . please remove this complaint from our records, thank you very much...

Yes I know who you are [redacted]. You know why you get MAD that day when we were going to sign because you try to explain that the vehicle come out with a higher price but we told you that the amount that you show us was wrong. And you keep on saying that was the Bank fees. We sign the contract because we Trust you. But another alarm ring up when you didn't give us any prove of the contract either a Bill Of Sale. You give us nothing. So when we wait for the contract. We never receive anything. We deside to contact the Bank and that's when they told us in the Phone that the selling price was different. And when we ask why is that, the Bank told us that the amount was what you put on the Loan application. You are lying about it because I understand the Bank have fees. But the fees are different than the VEHICLE SELLING PRICE. Two things tottaly different. When you read the contract is Very Clear What you did. But you don't want to admit that you did it wrong. Another thing. When you fill up the RMV1 form for Motor Vehicle you put $7995 But we told you that the price that you put on wasn't the right price and you broke the papers and put a different amout. You put $5995 instead of the real selling price that was $4995. Explain that to me.  WE TRUST YOU [redacted]. And we told you what were our needs and you come out with this to make extra money? Is not FAIR.  And just as areminder I will make what is in my hand Legally To fix this. If you don't fix this.

We at Vitale Family Auto are sorry that the timing belt broke on your vehicle. We wish this could of been handled differently. As a reminder, our hours of business are Mon-Fri 9-7, Fri & Sat 9-5, Sun 11-3. The many calls/messages that you are referring to were mostly made in the early morning...

hours between 3am and 5am. There wouldn't of been any sales person there to answer those calls. Many attempts were made by the owner/manager, [redacted] to call you numerous times during regular business hours, with no luck in reaching you.  At this time, although your warranty is expired we would like to help you as much as we can.  Please call us at [redacted]

 Hi my name is [redacted] and I am writing because you guys closed the case without the problem been resolve. The owner of Vitale Family auto Sales is saying that he explain that the bank fees were $3000. You guys think that if he explain that to us the way he put it on the answer we will not sign any paper? The vehicle Blue Book Value is $4000 in fair condition but the vehicle is anot in good conditions. We took that car because [redacted] the sales Guy told us that the price was $4995 and we decide that if we put $1000 down the amount of the loan were $3995 but we weren't sign such a contract if the owner of the dealership will explain that the fees were $3000. Believe me we wouldn't sign. And on top of what he saying he never give us a copy of anything. No Bill of Sale, No Contract. Even the receipt he give it to us without puttin any details of why was the $1000 given. When we talk to the Bank they told us that [redacted] the owner of the dealership summit the Loan application fo $7995 and that the fees were added to that ammount and that by the 4 years contract we were going to pay $11800 for a vehicle that only cost $3995. You guys think that's fair? We are not willing to pay that ammount. If I have to bring this guys to court I will because the contract says the real deal. I would like you guys to reopen the case because this manner haven't been resolve
