Revdex.com:I am currently rejecting the response due to my concern to the eventual repairs to my residence I have had a general contractor come to my residence inspect the damages and informed me that the siding that is on my residence now has been discontinued and is no longer availableThe contractor informed me that he would need to re-side the entire residence to return it to anything similar to its proper, original form before the incidentWhen the appraiser arrived he informed me that the insurance company may re-side the entire residence or they may look for a "comparable" siding and only reside the two sides of my residence that were damaged leaving me with two different sets of siding to my house which is obviously not what I had prior to the incidentThe appraiser also mentioned the process also possibly taking another two week, leaving my house damaged for almost a month without funds to repair it after receiving your complaint I was re contacted by vitale's insurance company who suggested that I may want to file a claim with my own insurance company because they would factor in depreciation and my insurance company wouldn'tI do not want to claim anything with my insurance company whatsoever because nothing was caused by meVitale's insurance company also made reference over the phone to possibly finding a comparable sidingI am very concerned that an attempt will be made to find the most inexpensive solution for repairs and I will not be given the proper amount of money back to properly repair my residenceI respectfully will not be content until I receive word back from vitale's insurance company with what I feel is a fair offer

Our companies claim reporting policy was initiated immediately upon receiving a call from the driver at 10:am on 6/15/A supervisor was dispatched immediately to respond to the site and gather pictures and investigate the situationI emailed the pictures and the completed accident report to our insurance company at 10:am on 6/15/We are a concrete aggregate delivery company, and we do not employ general contractors, so we do not have the resources or the capabilities of temporarily mitigating this damageWe greatly apologize for the incident and any inconvenience or aggravation it has causedWe are committed to see that the repairs are completed to the satisfaction of the claimantI have attached a letter from our insurance company which tries to explain the delay in the processing and the late arrival of the adjusterI have also made it extremely clear that their incompetence in the handling of claims is unacceptable to our company.Sincerely, Art D***Vitale & Robinson CoEHS Mangaer
