Review: On Sunday September ** 2013 I bit into a vitatop muffin and discovered a 2 inch very sharp piece of wood inside.Desired Settlement: I have contacted the company. They seem very laxed on something that could of been much worse. I called Sunday and nobody got back to me.Had to call again Wed and the same answer somebody will get back to you.

Customer initially contacted our call center on Sunday, September [redacted]. Unfortunately, the message was not transmitted to our main office, and we are investigating why this happened. Customer called again on Wednesday, September [redacted], and we did receive this message. Our Customer Service Department immediately reached out to the customer and are in the process of resolving the issue. The customer is returning the foreign object to us so that it can be sent to our plant for analysis. Once we have the report we will contact the customer and advise her of our findings and make sure that the matter is handled to her satisfaction.

Review: On On 1/**/16, I ordered 4 pks of Fudgy Chocolate mini Vita Cakes for the price of $25.99. Shipping was $8.85 and I had a $5.00 discount for a total of $29.84. Upon receipt, within a day or so, I consumed two of the cakes and they were edible or at least I did not notice anything wrong. I appropriately put them away for use later. On February [redacted] , I removed the box that I had originally opened and set it aside for use later that day. Upon opening on cake, it was full of mold. I was shocked. I took out the remainder and they were the same. I was just going to throw them away but then was very annoyed that something I had just ordered was in that condition. I did not open the other boxes. I called the “[redacted]” number on 2/** to take advantage of the 100% guarantee and found that they were closed. I left a detail message with my phone number to call me back. I also sent and e-mail message on the same day. No one had the courtesy to return my call. On March *, I contacted them again by phone and was received with so many detailed questions that it made me feel that I was the problem. I became annoyed and asked for the 100% guarantee. I was told that I was “way” over the 30 day guarantee. This was not on the web page that I originally saw. I have just received a refund of $20.99 which is minus the $8.85 shipping. I feel that the total amount that I paid should be returned due to the fact that within one month, these 32 cakes were not edible. Had they been edible, I would not have wanted to throw them away. This is very “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.”Desired Settlement: Refund the shipping charges of $8.85

Review: On 03-**-15 I place a order ([redacted]) with Vitalicious for 3 day delivery. Which would 03-**-15. I had no choice but to pay $30.00 for delivery. On 03-**-15 I got a email telling me my delivery was 03-**-15. I talked with their customer rep, was told they did not ship items on friday.I feel since they did not meet their commitment, they should cancel the shipping fee. The customer rep was not very friendly. I'm very disppointed with their service.Desired Settlement: Refund the $30.00 shipping cost.
