Terrible and scamming people
I ordered a necklace on july 8,2021 the website stated I would receive in 2-3 days, never gotten my necklace in September 2021, I have emailed several times and called no answer or communication about my order, I would like my refund for never received what I paid for its been overt 2 months, do not order from them they are scheming and taking peoples hard money.

I purchased a chain on March 4th 2020 and still have not received it and it's May 9th. I was provided a tracking number on April 18 still no chain.
I purchased a chain March 4th 2020 and still have not received my chain. I have asked several times for a refund but they will not provide one. Now what I can't understand is how can you refuse to refund someone when you haven't done your part to fix the problem. I was provided a tracking number on April 18 that states the item has not been sent to the post office but a shipping label was made. So the post office is waiting for the company to send them the item so it can be shipped out. I'm tried of waiting and asking for my *** money back if no chain is provided please give me my money back just that simple.

Desired Outcome

If the company can not ship my item, I want my $70 back.

Hello due to Covid 19 when this order was first placed we experienced delays with our shipments which we notified the customer of. Once labels are printed out the order is delivered to the post office the next business day in some very rare cases we can experience a lost package not being scanned we some times deliver hundreds of packages at a time to the post office so errors do happen. We care about our customers so when this was brought to our attention we immediately got another item sent out to the customer and it has been delivered to the customer.

I ordered a necklace from them on 1/5/2020 & have yet to receive my order.

Hello this was a custom item which we do not offer refunds on this item. For the completion of this item it takes 4 to 6 weeks as the item. is hand crafted which is stated on our site during the time of this order we were experiencing delays due to high demand on this particularly product. The customer has now Received their item.

I am requesting a refund with Vitality Drip Jewels because I have yet to receive my product.
On February 16th, 2020 I placed an order with Vitality Drip Jewels for a Diamond necklace letter pendant for $69.99 with my master debit card. I was then given a conformation text message stating I was order #XXXXX, After a couple weeks I still hadn't received a tracking number. On February 27th, 2020 I emailed Vitality Drip Jewels customer service representative Liz *** In the email I communicated that I hadn't received a tracking number. She then replied "Your order is on the route soon you will get it." A week or so later I emailed her again voicing I still had yet received a tracking number. She responded a day later with "You will get your tracking number sent as soon as possible." Fast forward to March 8th, 2020 I emailed yet again stating I have yet to receive a tracking number, she then replied with the same response. On March 13th, 2020 I emailed Liz *** expressing that I would like a refund after waiting almost a month without my tracking number or the product. I gave her a few days to respond until I sent my 2nd attempt, she has yet to respond to my request for a refund. It has been a month since I've made a purchase with this company and I still haven't received a tracking number or my item.

Hello when the customer placed this order it came up as a high risk order which normally results in the order being canceled by the customer. When the customer initally reached out to us we tried our best to get item to customer in time but due to the unfortunate events our economy is currently being faced with (covid-19) we agreed to refund the customer the full amount which we have done.

I want credit and the business shout down because I'm the the only one being scammed

The customer ordered from us 02/03/2020 and received the item 02/10/2020 tracking numbers were provided to the email address the customer used at checkout and delivered through the united states postal service, we can not refund a order that the customer has already received our website also states all sales are final and by purchasing you agree to these terms we were also never notified of any exchange from the customer which we would have been happy to do.

Still waiting on my chain (letter S). Ordered it on January 19th. (OVER A MONTH AGO NOW). Wanted it before Valentine's Day. Reached out on February 11th via email/DM for the status and was told by Liz *** I'd receive my tracking number ASAP. Responded right back to that same email asking for a more detailed explanation on my order status. Because that response was very vague and not good enough for me. Received no response back. Got a response from the DM I sent (2/11) on (2/16). Here's the response I received...verbatim.

'Hello! We have reviewed your order. We sincerely apologize for the delay! You will receive tracking information in 24-48 hours. Thank you for your time and patience!! '??'?

Guess what - NO TRACKING NUMBER SENT IN THE TIMEFRAME TOLD TO ME.

So I replied to that same DM on 2/19 (3 days later). I was letting them know that I hadn't received tracking yet in the timeframe that I was told. Four days later, still no response to what I said. Now we're at 1 month and 4 days since I placed my order and still NOTHING. This is beyond ridiculous and very poor customer service. At this point I feel like I've given them more than enough time to resolve this. So I'm going to dispute this through my bank to try to get my money back. And I'll NEVER order from this company again. #BuyerBeware

Oh and another thing I've noticed is they delete unfavorable comments/reviews. So I'm sure mine will get deleted but I'll keep posting it over & over until something is done about this.

We have worked with the customer to fix this issues as soon as the customer emailed us unfortunately this order was placed during a peak time of the year which resulted in a delay in shipping which we notified customers via email. We never ignore our customers every email gets responded to in a 24 to 48 hour period. When contacting our company we never recommend reaching out through social media as we receive so much spam and prefer emails as primary contact method. We value customers opinions and feedback if you look at our reviews you will see why so many people order from us we would not delete a comment from our social profile if you spam the same comment multiple times on many different post this goes against instagram's community guidelines as spam is something they try to keep off of their platform which would resort in the post being deleted. Tracking was provided via email the customer provided at checkout, the customer received this item 2/27/2020 vis the united states postal service. Since receiving the item the customer has not updated the claims being made we have tried to reach out multiple times but have not gotten a response.
