Violated the TCPA to send unsolicited advertising text messages to my phone repeatedly.
Used an automated system to send unsolicited text messages promoting the sale of CBD products to my cell phone repeatedly.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking an email response from Christa P. regarding her company's TCPA violations.

I got a sample for shpng chrg of cbd now two charges on my account for $94.86 & $94.83 I ordered nor got anything said was willie nelson's biz lowbrow
On approximately 11/27/19 A pop up on the internet claimed to be representing a new company, owned by Willie Nelson, offering a free sample of their CBD oil for the price of shipping - Who wouldn't want some free Willie Nelson CBD? (The product was called Country Farms) - Well, tonight I was checking my bank account and found two charges for over $94 each which I had know idea who they were or what they were for - I googled the information VITALITY ESSENTIAL VENICE FL, into the computer and the first thing that came up was a Revdex.com site which informed me there were current alerts for this business, in bold red letters - It also associated them with Country Farms CBD - There was another name as well, SUNDIALWELLNESSDIET 877-320-0476 FL which was the second one to charge me over $94 for unordered and unreceived something - Anyway, these people have stolen nearly $200 from me and I'd love to have my money back and have these crooks arrested and their business shut down - I'm retired and on fixed income - These people are predators in my opinion

Desired Outcome

I want a complete refund for each charge - $94.83 on 11-26-19 and - $94.86 on 11-27-19 for a total of $189.69 placed back into my bank account

Customer Response • Dec 13, 2019

Hi - This company refunded my money on 12/11/19 after several phone calls, and I sent the "free" sample back to them unopened - Thank you for all of the help you've been

They keep trying to access my checking account despite the fact that I've never done business with them at all, never even heard of them before!
In October 2019 the Fraud Alert agents at my bank asked if I had authorized a $95 transaction with these people. I had not. I had to get a new debit card. This week they tried again and once again, I have to get a new debit card! And I have suddenly remembered coming up $95 short back in April and I wasn't able to understand how it happened. I thought I had simply lost track of my spending.

Desired Outcome

Refund for the $95 they took in April. Btu mostly, I want them to stop trying to to access my bank account!

Advert Lied and said they were owned by Willie Nelson.
Advert lied and said I would only pay shipping.
Vitality Essentials LLC posted a Facebook ad stating they were Willie Nelsons company but Willies company is Willies Reserve.
Vitality stated that I would get a free sample if I only paid shipping (and there was no fine print). I ordered the free sample on 10/09/2019 with $6.83 shipping. On 10/11/2019 I was charged the $6.83 plus another $6.86, then 1 month later on 11/02/2019 I get another charge for $94.83. The add did not say they would eventually charge for the free product nor are they owned by Willie Nelson. I feel I've been lied to, cheated and robbed. I don't know why I was charged 3 times for a one time free offer. I've called the number but no one ever answers and no option to leave a message and the emails keep coming back as undeliverable.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for all 3 charges: $6.83 + $6.86 + $94.83 = $108.52 The company needs to go public and say they lied about being associated with Willie Nelson.

Customer Response • Dec 09, 2019

On 12/02 I was charged $94.83 on my credit card, so that needs to be added to the amount that I am owed.

Vitality Essentials charged my bank account $94.83. I never ordered anything from these people and it is a fraudulent charge.
On October 24 Vitality Essentials charged my Chase Bank account $94.83. The charge was posted on October 25. I never ordered anything from this company at any time ever. On 10/27/19 I tried calling the phone number that appeared on the charge and it sounded like a home answering machine. The number is: 844-793-5484. The message directs it's callers to an email address which I did not write down as at this point it felt suspicious. No one has access to my debit card but me and there is no cosigner. I think that this might be tied to another company: AD Health Works Diet/AD Health Works Lash phone number 844-782-2285 where I did order two samples of CBD for my son to try and which were paid for with the same card. The charges were for $6.83 and $6.86 and were made on 10/2. When I tried calling this company a message came on that said it was not set up to receive calls at this time.

Desired Outcome

I've already contested the charge with Chase Bank and anticipate the return of my funds. I am reporting this to you because I read your posts about Vitality Essentials and felt that this could help you better connect the dots. I have a strong hunch that the second company mentioned AD Health Works Diet/AD Health Works Lash are connected to this fraud. That is the only logical explanation. I am a trained Investigative Journalist and always follow the leads. I never ordered anything from Vitality Essentials so I am not asking for a product and because I think my bank will return my money I am not asking for a refund. I want this company stopped from ripping off anyone else.

This Company ripped me off for $94 twice untill I changed my card number.
I ordered a $6 CBD oil from them then all of a sudden they billed me $94 twice on the 17 and 19.

Desired Outcome

money back

Debited my account without my knowledge or consent
I ordered CBD oil from Kentucky Farms online through Facebook and all I had to pay was 6.98 shipping and handling. Well, I received my oil but I happened to get an alert that a charge of 94.86 was being debited from my account and I checked my information and found out it was from Vitality Essentials and I have never heard of them nor have I ever ordered from them. I tried to stop it through my bank but they transaction was already in process so it could not be stopped. I called them and no one will pick up the phone. I emailed them and all they do is keep sending my email to other people with the same instructions and when I answer, they tell me they don't see an account with my name and I told them its because there is no account because I have not ordered but you went and debited money from my account without my knowledge. I don't know if they are piggy backing off of Kentucky Farms without their knowledge but I just want my money refunded back to me ASAp!!

Desired Outcome

I JUST WANT A REFUND. I had to close my checking account until my bank issues me another debit card thanks to them. REFUND is all I want. They stole my money!

Customer Response • Oct 10, 2019

Customer Response • Oct 25, 2019

Thankyou for your help. The company in question did respond to my complaint & refunded my money. Sincerely, ***.

I was charged 94.86 after I cancelled my subscription
I ordered a free 14 day trial from this company. When I received the product, it was a joke. It did not work as advertised. I contacted the company and cancelled any and all furture shipments/subscriptions, before the end of the 14 days. My account was charged 94.86 on 9/20 and attempted another 94.36 on the same date. I called as soon as I saw this. I was informed that I did not cancel and would be charged this amount. This company is a scam and should be have legal action taken against them. The customer service rep was very rude and tried her best to justify this illegal activity. False advertising and taking money out of consumers accounts without their approval, is illegal. Shut this company down. Arrest the owners for fraud!

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for the entire amount that was charge to my account 94.86!

Customer Response • Oct 10, 2019

I submitted a response earlier and low and behold, today they credited me the balance of $44.86. I am now satisfied. I still think that others should be made aware of this scam.

Thank you for your prompt attention that resulted in my full refund.

I ordered a free trial, then cancelled the transaction and they still charged my account 94.86
Trial date was 08/31/2019. Received the product, date unknown. Called them to cancel trial membership, of course they have no record of it. Then they charged my account on 09/23/2019 for 94.86.

Desired Outcome

I called them they are crediting me 60.00 back to my account because that was the quickest way to get money in my account so I didn't go overdraft. Whether that happens. Time will tell.

Customer Response • Oct 25, 2019

This has been taken care of

Scam keeps trying to charge my cards and I don't even know who these people are never heard of them never signed up.
Keeps trying to charge my credit cards don't know who they are they've done it once before and they did it again today approximately 12:25.

Desired Outcome

I want these people to stop trying to charge on my credit card and just leave me alone like I said I have no idea who these people are.

Ordered a one time only free sample. On 8/23/19 at 11:23 a.m. they took out $94.86 from my checking acct. This was NOT AUTHORIZED as I did not order
I ordered a one time only free sample of Willie Nelson's CBD oil. That was all I wanted. Now as I looked at my checking account on 8/23/19 @11:23 this company took out $94.86. I have gotten no product and I do not want a product. I want my $94.86 refunded from being taken out monthly. This was NOT AUTHORIZED. Tried to call and no answer. They provided an email [email protected] and it bounced back. All I want is my refund and no more monthly payments taken out that I did NOT authorize

Desired Outcome

$94.86 refund from 8/23/19 @11:23 a.m. Not to take any more money out that I did NOT authorize
